During a 3-hour street photo tour, you’ll get a chance to absorb compressed knowledge about (street) photography, composition and the technical aspects of photography. The type and brand (Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Sony, smartphone/iPhone) of camera, digital or film, you prefer doesn’t matter at all

Beginners, advanced amateurs and professionals are welcome to meet with me. My street photography workshops cater to YOUR skill level and with attention to YOUR needs and YOUR camera (the camera is a whole lot less important than you may think).

During your 3-hour street photo session workshop you will learn how to:

– make the most out of your camera and its advanced modes (M/A/Tv)
– approach strangers (or when not to approach them)
– find the right scene and subject
– time your shots perfectly
– composition tips & tricks
– find good light
– work & react quickly
– zone/scale focusing
– hyperfocal distance
– understand your your camera’s light meter
– editing and post-processing (Lightroom/Photoshop)
– story telling, or to how to tell a story in a photograph

The workshop will take place in the Vrijplaats Leiden in the Generator and will be 35 euro per person.
