Them Novelists might have started in Leiden a few years ago or in Berlin in the 90’s, regardless of their origins, frontman Das Priest has preached to the congregations assembled in Schommelen, Paradiso and Gebr De Nobel alike and converted them to join the Cvlt with the hypnotic, energetic and thrilling mix of electro, goth, new wave, rave and techno pop. An impromptu acoustic performance at the Unplugged Sessions in De Twee Spiegels last year marked one of their last shows in Leiden, but they’re back and will grace the Vrijplaats with their musical sacrament.
